Mission Control is where that gets tracked. It holds profit and loss and user feedback across the whole portfolio, so cost, revenue and what people are saying sit in one place rather than in a spreadsheet per project.
Note: Mission Control is not publicly available. It sits behind a login because the data in it is real, and its repository is private, so there's no public demo or repo to link to. This page is the write-up.
